Dearly beloved
It gives me immense pleasure to greet each one of you in the beginning of the new year, 2023.
We should be thankful to the Almighty for blessing us abundantly. With your prayerful
cooperation our place of learning is improving as per the expectation. The place of learning is
trying its level best to impart value education to the children, so that they will become the
responsible citizens in the days to come and become the catalysts in spreading, nurturing and
flourishing the moral values in the society.
We are aware of two words; sympathy and empathy. Let me explain the word-empathy.
Empathy is: you and me are no different/ Each soul is me, each living being is my friend. This
sublime sense of interconnectivity is possible when the heart is mellowed with love and elevated
with empathy; when everything is your reflection and vice versa. So, be an empathiser because
empathy exceeds mere sympathy. While sympathy helps one relate to another person, empathy
dissolves that “otherness”.
It's empathy that will enable humans to go beyond the self and merge in the sufferings of each
and every individual. Much have we sparred over petty things like colour, religion and sects. It's
therefore, time to allow empathy to permeate and suffuse mankind with a sense of oneness. Let
us try for that.
Hence create a good moral character, which is an ideal state of a person's beliefs and values that
is considered most beneficial to the society. Let us commit ourselves for this noble vision.
